Food price is higher then if you go to the restaurant and customer service is lacking. It is convenient and, so far, I have mostly received our food quickly. NOTE: Don't use the special instructions. The service and restaurant will ignore because it is discretionary.
Food is way over priced and customer service is almost non existent. Not to mention they mess up orders almost every time.
The app is buggy and broken. The order status system breaks all the time. There is no way that contact the driver or any of else if your order just never shows up and the order tracker isn't working. Their only support channel is an email address, and they are very slow to respond. We use them a lot at work and there are usually errors in the order. To be fair, that might be the restaurant's fault. But the very worst thing is the way they don't tell you there are no drivers until you try to check out. Also, hey, they run out of drivers all the time.
Come on. After my first time ordering, getting my food hours after I ordered, and the food being totally cold and basically inedible, I deleted the app. Today I am really really sick and can't walk more than 15 feet, so I redownloaded the app, hoping my first time was just an unfortunate and rare experience. Unfortunately, it was worse than the first time. 30 minutes after the order was places a driver accepted the request, then canceled 40 minutes later, now another driver accepted. Still waiting 2 hours later.
Undecided The order I received was wrong, late (took 1.5 hours) and cold. SB Menus refunded order promptly. Neutral rating.
Good service, bad app The app is too limited, the web app works much better. I've had good experience with the service.
