About this app

RemoteLink 2 provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalise your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.

With RemoteLink 2, you can:

• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the MyDailyHearing feature
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience.
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to Android OS 10 or later.

Ratings and reviews

I have an android phone and this app has problems. It will indicate that one or both hearing aids are no longer connected. I can still hear from the right or left hearing aid but my phone indicates it is not connected. I have to use the small buttons on the hearing aids to switch between programs or control volume. My phone shows that it is indeed connected via bluetooth to each hearing aid. I have Version 1.1.0. I see version 1.2.2 is out there, but the app says I have the latest update.

The hearing aids are my first set and I think that they are great. But this software that links the aids and my phone is not so great. I am running Android 14. The phone tells me that it is connected to the aids, but this software seems to have to reconnect every time you open it. I'm hoping for an upgrade. :-) Update Oct24 - fixed! Now stays connected when you navigate to another app.

App worked great for the first week, now the app won't pair at all.... Edit... changed to 4, from 1 stars because the new update fixed my issues .... my only gripe now is that I seem to not have access to all the options shown .... however the app works well...
