This test is overly complicated and difficult to use. It has a super hard time reading the results of its own test unless you hold the phone just so in the EXACT right lighting. I had to move it all over my house to get it to read using up nearly the entire 5 minute window it gives you to read the results before they are invalid. IDIOTIC.

This teat is absolutely ridiculous! They turn an easy test and make it way more difficult than it has to be. The fact that you aren't even allowed to interpret the results yourself without the scanner makes one wonder if the results aren't tampered with the scanner. Especially since visually you should be able to easily read. As well as that it took over 2 minutes for me to even get a "correct" photo for the scanner even in the lighting it requested. There are way better tests out there.

This app has bad UX. There is no back button or written instructions. If something goes wrong, there is no way to read your results even though the stick is right in front of you. You cannot preview the steps. It's a waste of money and time and takes up space in your phone, and takes your personal data for no reason. I've done many COVID tests for my entire family before, and I've never endured such a difficult scenario before. also, when you call they can't hear and they can't talk well.
