It's working great. I finished workout 9 today and it's already had to modify my max and target max. My only question is once it modifies itself do I start over at the beginning or just continue with the modified numbers. When it modified it changed the weight of all the previous workouts and the one I finished today. So it looks like I did all my lifts at weights 10 lbs heavier for the same amount of reps than I did. I'd give this app a 5 star if there was a link for asking questions.
Workout works This workout works. Ideal for hard gainers. But you need the guts to see it through. If you already been lifting for around six months or more then risk of injury is small if you dont go stupid. Use with max calculator for best results. This works and its free so what you waiting. Warning it aint for wimps you will feel muscle ache. But that means its working. Downside is its soon time to buy bigger tshirts. Lets have more apps maybe a dumbell only app. Squat app great as well
Not a very good workout plan. This app will increase you bench press. But it will also increase your risk of injury. Two friends of mine already have gotten hurt from this workout. I have gained 30 pounds. Currently at 330 for 16. Weight 194. And my shoulders are currently messed up. Heavy all the time isn't always good.
It works! This work out program works. I started at 260 for my max. It said it would add 30lbs to my max .It did. I modified workout 13 and 14 in order to meet my max .It worked. I was able to meet my goal. I didn't do what the program suggests and do all my pulling on one day and pushing another. I continued to do my regular splits. Bottom line..It works.

The algorithm used for this routine is rubbish: I maxed out on 3 reps at 102.5kg in Workout 5, yet the next workout started with two sets of 3 reps at 102.5kg with the remaining sets even harder. Couldn't even do the second set. Far too little volume here for many lifters I know, except possibly rank beginners. My bench actually deteriorated rather than improved using this. If you want kg you have to change units every time you use it!
