Ratings and reviews

I appreciate the effort taken to make the app, it works pretty well most of the time. I however think it'll work even better if it had a more aesthetically pleasing UI. Everything is pretty basic and that kinda makes it look bland. Also, the in-app ads about the other services you offer. I'd prefer if they weren't present altogether as 99% of users probably never click them anyways.

the app works perfectly and the features are great. my issue though is with the adverts at the top. sometimes they load after last when moving to the next page. clicking the top part then loads the asvert and I have to start the transaction details I had entered thus for all over again.

The app is secure and all but the user friendly aspect is lacking. The downtime during weekends and public holidays is just annoying and my keeps freezing and I can't get past home page even after refreshing and reinstalling the app several times and rebooting my phone. I must say this very disappointing.
