About Easy App: The first banking application in Thailand offering more than just an ordinary transaction. For a week I wasn't able to use bill payment. Then it started working a couple of days ago. Today I cannot get into the app at all I get a popup telling me to try again later. Now I discover they have closed the website so the app is the only way to access my account. Time to move on.

App spying on my phone! Not only it reports list of applications installed on my phone, but also recently it requested me to DISABLE my VPN to increase security!

Text font is too small. It's hard to read, so easier to make input errors. Please reopen computer web page access. The excuse that phone app access is safer doesn't hold water for me. All my other bank and financial institutions have no problems with their computer website services. Also, allow for other transaction verification channels. While overseas last year, I was unable to make transactions because my Thai phone number does not work overseas.
