Pathetic experience. Tried digital banking with SC Pakistan and there is nothing digital about it. I generated several requests through the app. No request was processed. And I receive an email everytime that my issue has been resolved though it hasn't been resolved. The customer service is not cooperative. A digital account should be 100% digital. Everything should be done digitally. What's the use of I have to visit the branch for every petty thing. I had heard a lot. But disappointed.

First of all, I would like to appreciate the excellent service and overall experience I have had with your mobile banking app. The app is smooth, reliable, and very user-friendly. I would kindly like to share one suggestion for improvement. Sending money using only the IBAN number can sometimes be difficult and inconvenient. It would be highly appreciated if you could also add an account number transfer option in the app to make transactions easier and more conven

The account opening is very easy but the app is a problem. I cannot take a screenshot after transactions and the account statement takes unnecessary time (next day) to process when you have to submit the proof of payment it is very inconvenient. you should fix it and provide a way to record proof of payment by providing a shareable receipt of transactions like every other bank (except yours) does. please fix it
