This app is horrible now First of all I have to enter my user ID and when I do it says a system error has occurred. After entering it a couple times I finally move on to the password. I enter it and I get " we cannot validate your information." I signed up for the instant balance thing yesterday and it worked fine. I was able to see my balance without logging in. Now when I click instant balance it tells me to log in to sign up. Come on South State... Really! This app is getting on my last nerve!!! Please fix it!!!!
Never works Always have to delete app and reinstall just to get app to load.. fixing to find another bank to do business with. 99℅ of deposits are done through app that never wants to work correctly!
Works about 1/4th of the time The app only works part of the time. It tells you to call some number or try again later. It also runs so slow that you time out by the time it moves to the next screen when making a deposit, and you have to log in to start over. I have a Samsung 6, but it's worked like this on every phone I've had. It also keep saying the host is currently down. This is the most unreliable app.
Stopped working two days ago, deleted and reinstalled and still showing message of error logging me in and to call customer support. Called and they can't figure it out either. Loved this app until it started doing this. Now I have a negative balance bc I've strictly depended on this app to transfer money through my accounts. This is bs if I do say so myself!!!!!
Terrible app Can't log in keeps reading error..called customer service and they're not even aware that there's a problem with the app..wow..9/24/16..Still the same issues..smh
Update messed up app App worked perfectly until I updated the app today. Now it sticks on the start up screen or turns completely black.
