Ratings and reviews

This would be a great app, if they didn't keep changing it without warning, and without leaving options to maintain established settings. The addition of the 'Light Mode' was something a select few people were very vocal about, which has resulted in a change that has royally ticked off the vast majority of people. Do Not Force us to be in light mode just because our phones are not currently in dark mode, that is asinine and uncooperative. Just give us an in-app option like everybody else.

Its ok, hindered by how slow it is. This happens when blocking trackers mainly or a DNS server that filters them. Please fix. New light mode is horrid, there is no toggle for it in settings and the list of users text is hard to read, looks very rushed. Need to be able to turn PS5 download notifications off from here and the PS5 doesn't seem possible, turned them off still get them on my phone.

It's an OK app, needs some improvement. When searching for games in the PS Store, based on genres that they are categorized in, seems like a big mess. If I was searching for a 3rd person shooter game, it is much harder to seek it out. The way one looks for the trophies on the app is more harder, unless played recently. The new playstation stars, that just launched, still has some kinks in it as well. I guess will have to see how it goes in the long run.

Light mode: We've made it easier for you to use PS App in daylight. When light mode is turned on, your PS App's appearance changes to a light background with dark buttons. Light mode is available on Android 10 or later.
