After paying for a month subscription fees of £1on the 27th August , I tried watching a movie now but couldn't. The App keeps logging me out and requested for a new payment again. I started a chat with an administrator on the app who said I should hold on for over 30mins and was later logged out of the chat. My query wasn't dealt with. They need more competent ppl and develop the app more.
Terrible! I love Jenifa but this isnt fair at all. Number 1, Im unable to subscribe, Number 2, If ur subscription systems are not working then please allow us to STREAM THE EPISODES, afterall its our data we will be using so u guys will still get money. Im so disappointed, seriously
The subscription to the website (which hasnt worked in over 3 months) cost £1 at least that's what is written on the agreement but they decided (without my permission) to take out £2!!! I emailed sceneone production but no reply... I was just wondering where did they get the balls to withdraw money I did not agree to for a service that hasn't worked for over 3months!!!!! I want my money back funke!!!
All i know is this app needs more work If you stand up and pause it The screen closes and the movie starts from the begin And to crown it all It streams on data so why do i have to start from the top. Hiss
I think a lot of work needs to be done to make the viewing experience better, maybe learn a thing or two from IrokoTV. The download option on Iroko TV (high to low quality) gives the user the option to download now and watch later (all on the platform not external downlaods). Considering the epileptic internet connection in Nigeria, this is a particularly important feature! Get to work guys!
the tech team need to SERIOUSLY work on this app. I understand that it is fairly new and it is a working progress but we are paying for Customers who expect the best at any given time. Iroko TV has some very good features where you can download and watch at any given time but with app, there is a constant need to stream which is expensive and with the number of downtimes of the internet system in Nigeria, it is no fun at all. I cannot pause cos it takes me back to the beginning so of what use is the pause button, most days i cannot even view the movies because sceneone is not working and many more bad experiences. You all need to get back to the drawing board ASAP... Kudos for the effort though. Hope it gets better
