I've had this app for 4 years and have always loved it. However, about 5 months ago I got a new phone (have always used an Android) and ever since then I can't scroll up and down on my schedule. All the links work just fine and it opens right away. I can't scroll. So I usually have to wait till I'm at the desk top to schedule someone. I've contacted the customer service about it and they couldn't explain it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times without improvement.
This app constantly locks up. I've never been able to load my profile picture. Support suggested I just sign on through a web browser. Mmmm, if this is the case, why even offer a app?
App is acceptable. However, establishing personal time in the app or the software itself is cumbersome. Rather than a clock feature to set the beginning and end times, you must click a button establishing the time in five-minute increments, or you must calculate yourself the time you are blocking. This means if you need to block out eight hours, you either need to click the button 96 times, or pull up your trusty calculator to figure out you have to block out 480 minutes. Again, way more cumbersome than it should be.
Is wrong with the app! Im sitting at work all day because i cannot even see my book. I have no idea when anyone is coming in because nothing will load!!!
Loads extremely slow you can only see two days at a time does not sync with the Google Calendar they updated the app and now it takes extra steps to add clients and or services. Not user-friendly. I've used this app for one year and it's only gotten worse over time. Always puts appointments on the wrong date so I always have to go back and check to make sure it ends up where I need it.
While Schedulicity itself is a great business tool to have, including the setup and user friendly booking system for my clients, the mobile app is terrible to manage client appointments from. And this is what my review is based on. It constantly freezes, scrolling is a nightmare, it is KILLING my battery life, and I know for a fact that it isnt our phones because we are running the account from two different phones and the issues are the same. I'm paying an arm and a leg for this service and all the extras. Will these bugs be fixed anytime soon?
