Cant even use *My review is the same as everyone since March. Why is this not being fixed??* My work uses this booking system and I find it useless. I tried this app thinking it would be easier then having to google the site but I cant even get on because my browser!?!? Trying to look at my appointments or getting ppl to schudule through this site is just as bad as this app.
Slow and keeps clients waiting It's great when it works but it's too slow most of the time. It wastes a lot of time between clients when I'm booking them on my app because it freezes. The screen just goes blank and the calendar won't load so most of the time I have to get my client to book online when they get home which is a major inconvenience for prebooked statistics.
Galaxy tab 3 light unable to detect Chrome browser Have the most current update for Google play services and the Chrome browser but the app does not recognize it is installed. Prompts me to update browser and links are broken or unable to be opened on the tablet. Works perfect on my note 4
Directions to businesses doesn't work When I try to get directions to a business, the actual directions appear below the map and right off my phone screen. I can't find a way to actually see them. Not helpful. Easy to book an appt though so that's good. I just can't find it.
If i could give this zero i would Can't get this app to work. My screen always says i need to update my browser then gives me links to the pc download pages. Most annoyed.
Love the service but.. My app freezes. My client is standing there waiting to be rescheduled so they can leave while the next client is ready to get started but my calendar freezes.. And I'm losing time while keeping two clients waiting. I'm a little concerned that this has been an issue for people since March without being addressed. Usually you guys are so good about addressing things.
