Ratings and reviews

App is often unresponsive and system status displayed is often old, usually on the order of ten minutes, but sometimes much longer. Fan status almost never updates, like for a day plus. If fan status is wrong you can't change it to what it incorrectly shows as current status. Would be nice to program the fan mode as part of the schedule like I can with Honeywell (and status in their app is super responsive, and correct).

The interface is very clunky and the features are lacking. We used to have an ecobee which was modern-looking and easy to use; this is like going from a sleek tablet to a 90s era desktop. the "events" tab is cluttered, and you can't filter by type of event like "cooling enabled" to show the technician specific event types. There is no "swing band" setting, causing our unit to short cycle. We called customer service and there is nothing they can do. Regret spending the money on a Trane system.

They say unplanned maintenance. I have been receiving an error has occurred. The app is showing a certain temp, but the wall unit shows a very different temp. When I try to set the right temp, I get errors. This app worked well until a week or so ago. They claim it is unscheduled maintenance. I think AI or non-qualified programmers. They also now have sales marketing survey questions pop up when you open the app. Just have the app do what it is intended to do.
