Good but could be a lot better. There is no way to access SPA pricing for customers, which makes it impossible to get immediate pricing while in front of the customer. Very annoying. Also on product pricing and availability, I am less concerned about the promised quantity, and more concerned about actual quantity in the warehouse(or lack thereof). Would like same accessibility that I get at my office computer. Thanks again.

APC ups I bought in 2015 but had to change battery every 6 months. That doesn't mean that battery is lasting for 6 months. It keeps going off in 3 months itself. We should get time to register complaints right? Product quality is worst. But service is good. What is the use? Now warranty period expired. I have to pay 2000 it seems to use it for another 3 months. In warranty period they kept on replacing batteries and now I have to pay.. Worst quality UPS
