Things you need to know:

- Your school must be subscribed to School Gateway before you can use this app
- Your school controls the information shared with you
- To register/login, your school must have your email address and phone number on their system. If you can’t log in, please check these details are up to date at your school
- Your account will automatically display information for multiple children /schools as long as the schools use School Gateway. Please check your email address and mobile number at all your schools match
- You must turn on push notifications for the app to receive messages and updates from your school

Ratings and reviews

Horrendous, constantly doesn't allow payments to be added to the basket, leaving you unable to book. Often doesn't go to basket, some times you can't make multiple payments in one and no way to download an invoice for your payments, which are sometimes needed for UC. This isn't an easy app for booking things and so much could be done to make it better.

moved my daughter to a new primary school and gateway has never worked since. every time I try to sign up, it tells me my contact details are invalid, despite the school registering me with the exact same details. both myself and the school have tried everything and I still cant get onto the app. so I cant pay for trips, events or breakfast club. its an absolute nightmare. still no resolution and it's been months.

Was fine for nearly 5 years, then a few months ago I changed to a new phone, it stopped sending me notifications when lunch money runs low. Ive checked the permissions etc on my apps settings and everything was off, I turned them on, it worked once, now doesn't (though permissions are still set to "allowed"). The app itself has no settings that I can find.
