So far, not so good.. This is the first year our district has rolled out the app, and I think the communication could have been better. It's been over a month since we've been told it would be ready and we still can't get access to the app. At this point, they have my fee for the app, however, I still don't have access.
Overall the app works well. It's great to be able to see where the bus is, especially in the morning when it's cold out. There have been quite a few days so far this year when the app wasn't working however. At least 7 or 8 school days so far this year. I think that any time there is a substitute bus, the app doesn't work. Overall however, we are happy with the app and are glad we purchased it.
Safe stop - the app stops safely. Huge amount of crashing. The app never knows where our bus is. Forgets where our stop is and randomly forgets the route the bus takes. Problems are further made worse if you are off wifi and have to rely on 4G. Great idea in theory, in practice not so much. Not worth the 20 for it.
Decent Great idea. Interface needs a rework, feels clunky. Needs to look and feel like the more familiar google maps. Also don't rely on this app for up to the second location. The delay is too long. Faster refresh and it would earn more stars from me. Other than that it works OK.
Aweful Never works! Couldn't even add my second child's bus for over a week. Doesn't refresh every 30 seconds like it said it would. Just completely aweful.
Works maybe half the time So far 2 weeks in and APP has worked some of the time, almost missed the bus this morning as APP had bus location wrong. When it does work it's good....
