True, honest, most recent review! So was a bit hesitant to download after reading so many negative reviews, but I'm glad I gave it try anyway.. It exceeded my expectations, the app is full of educational content and product info. I love how you can go thru the consult and it'll generate a color formula. I'm even more impressed with the videos, they're short and sweet, giving you the necessary info without dragging you thru 40 mins of fluff. All except one, played (tbh glossing). Give it a try!

Downloaded update and app wouldn't load. Cleared cache to see if that was the issue...no it wasn't . Uninstalled and reinstalled . Works, but takes a Very VERY LONG time to load each time I open the app to use it so not sure if it should have 2 or 3 stars since I found the actual Schwartzkopf book regarding formulation is WAY more intuitive, helpful and accurate than this app (and shouldn't the app be just as good)? If you want professionals to use this, it needs some work.

Doesnt download but uses heaps of data anyway. The update is better but still glitchy and slow. No colour chart and the consultation doesn't follow all the way through ( won't allow me to select desired base level) or go any further.
