I just purchased the ENEO TOTALE and opened the product. The user manual and box recommend downloading the AVOLOGI SCIENTIFIC App, which I have done. I already registered my product online. It appears that every time I try and go to the treatment section I get the circle of death. The loading circle just keeps going on and on and on and does not open a page. I also tried to add a device and it did the same thing. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

App will not open. I am unable to register my device, so there will be no warranty.

I can not get the app to work to register my Avologi divice.
