I use to love this game and I've been playing since 2016 but with the game not updating with new and exciting content, the lack of support with issues, failure to fix bugs, price gouging and only rewarding heavy spenders on top of running the same boring and unfulfilling events the games very stale. As well as punishing us by forcing us to claim all characters cards instead of letting us get other event rewards. The lack of older wheel updates and the lack of rerun characters makes it worse. 1/5

Needs new content, survival road is boring, the roadmaps are dreadfully time consuming due to the constant halo revive. The player level cap has been stuck at 300 for way too long. Territory and horde events are terrible. Raids and, in fact, the entire game are just so repetitive.. war was the only thing left going for this game, but even that is ruined by a lack of active players and factions. The game has become both a bore and a chore

Extremely pay to win...I played this game for years and am embarrassed of the amount of money I spent over that time. To get the really good characters, you had to pay a ridiculous amount for a tiny chance (something like 1-2% chance for the really good ones) of getting something good. The game is very socially oriented, but so unbalanced that there's a huge gap between players that pay $100s+ and those who don't, so it is extremely difficult to compete for prizes needed to upgrade without payin
