Rip off The signature workouts should come as a part of the app. Make those free.
Great exercises Has definitely helped with strength training. Some issues with exercise descriptions not matching with video descriptions

Pretty good app. Great for those who want to be healthy, but can't/don't go to the gym. It approaches bodyweight as a sustainable venue to get get (which is absolutely true with bodybuilders). You also get reminders to work out. Pros: good variety of workouts, video demos if you don't know what to do, it also times you. Cons: Some of the workouts may be too short for some, but what I believe that they are going for is gradual easing into more workouts as well as "training smarter not harder." Overall, I like it and hope to get more use of it over time.
