Great starter for daily exercise Great way to get started working out. They have videos and instructions for each exercise. There are few minor bugs. At times the videos and instructions don't describe the same thing (scissor kicks on tier 4 upper body) and a few cases where the progression doesnt feel natural (this is rare, usually # of pull ups). Otherwise great app to create a good habit with good outcomes

Reminders are great Live this app. It reminds me I need to get a workout in. They are really quick and relatively easy, depending on your level. The ability to start at zero and work your way up is perfect for anyone. I like to do them in the morning whe. I first arrive at work and am the first one there. It gets you heart rate, but not too intense that you cant sneak them throughout the day without getting sweaty.
