This app is awesome! I HATE exercising, but when my husband showed me the app, I loved it. The workouts are short, so I can fit them in before the kids wake up and the videos are a huge help!
Gorilla Workout is really easy to use. The written and video explanations are very easy to follow, and the different levels let you start at a place that is challenging but that you can also be successful. I just started using it again and am very happy with it.
Day two of doing the Gorilla workouts. They look easy in print, but my sore muscles are saying they are not as easy as they look. So far, thumbs up on this app.
Gorilla is straight and to the point, daily calisthenics to help you get in better shape. Choose your level, combine workouts if it's too easy, train hard and train fast. Simple, effective and for anyone who wants to add variety to their training or use as a stand alone program.

We’re going back to basics with this routine. No confusion, no extra movements, simply squats, push ups, planks, and eventually pull ups with movements for the core. The fundamental challenge is exactly what it sounds like - these tried and true exercises, progressively increased every time you see them. This program can be supplemented with other workouts you may be doing, or give this 100% and pair it with solid nutrition.
