Love this app What I like the most about this app is it only take 10-15 minutes and you can do them anywhere ( including in your hotel room) and no special equipment. There is no excuse that you can't find 15 minutes per day for your health. You will be surprised how your body will change in just 15 minutes a day. And once you complete one round, I usually will do a 2nd one! You just have to START
This is an revision of my earlier review. With this latest update the Gorilla app now works on my Samsung tablet. Thank you for addressing this issue. I purchased all the workouts for this app. It works on my Samsung phone but everytime I try to use it on my Samsung Tablet, I get a notification that it has stopped working. I reloaded the app but it still does not work. I notifed the developer a couple of weeks ago but have not received a response and the problem persists. At this point, one star is too much.
Great starter for daily exercise Great way to get started working out. They have videos and instructions for each exercise. There are few minor bugs. At times the videos and instructions don't describe the same thing (scissor kicks on tier 4 upper body) and a few cases where the progression doesnt feel natural (this is rare, usually # of pull ups). Otherwise great app to create a good habit with good outcomes
Long time user here Sometimes I don't always have time to go to the gym but if I don't have that time. I definitely have this app to improvise so my excuse is not that I don't have time. Most of the workouts take anywhere from 7 to 30 minutes and effective!
simple and challenging, good value A repurchase after using on iPhone for awhile. Using only bodyweight is great for getting started, and even the easy program was hard for me starting from my couch.
Absolutely brilliant Thank you very much for this wonderful app, as I am looking for such app to help me with my weight loss, now I am all pumped up. Oh and I have a question, I purchased all the exercises, but does it unlock for all the fitness level or just for a particular level? Sorry as I am sort of new to this, thank you very much once more.
