You will need a VPN subscription to https://www.libertyshield.com in order to use this app. If you have one of our VPN routers you can use your website login details to access this app.

I have to say that using Liberty Shield while abroad was great Easy to set up and the help facility was very good . And if any issues ever arose, which were very few due to my location in KSA , were handled quickly & and promptly, I have only cancelled because I returned to the UK. And should I ever go back abroad I'll be getting back in touch with Liberty Shield.

Customer service is excellent and so is the VPN. For a UK based company I get superb customer service here in Canada even with the 6 to 7 hour time difference. I rarely use the app so I can't really comment. I just access my account from the app with no issues.

Router version is brilliant. But this app, well, when it says its connected it isn't, when it says its disconnected its connected. The key icon is sometimes there. When u disconnect it just hangs saying disconnecting and has to be forced stopped. This is both android and IOS. Terrible buggy app.
