What would make this app great if we had a tool to see where we were spending simulator to TD Myspend. It's little things like this, and store hours that make me think of switching. Been a loyal customer since 2006 and would hope you could listen to feedback.
The app works well on my laptop,pc and phone but won't work on my newly purchased Samsung tab A tablet. Every time you enter the card number, a message comes up and the app closes..I'm disappointed with this.
Glad crashing issue was fixed! Overall great app. Still having issues with Pay Ready in Mobile Wallet. I get the "request received" notification, but the purchase declines. Will amex be available in mobile wallet soon?
Won't open since the last update. So going in to a teller to do my banking, and them telling me that I should use the online features to do most of my banking is kind of pointless. Worked great till the last update happened though..
I have been using this app on my phone and tablet for over a year. About 1 month ago (beginning of July 2016) it stopped working on my tablet but it is still working on my phone. I own a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 tablet and a Samsung S5 phone both running Android version 6.0.1. The app opens onto the login screen on my tablet but the application crashes when I try to enter my login information. I have reinstalled the app 3 times and I have contacted Scotiabank but they do not acknowledge there is a problem and cannot help. It has been at least 4 weeks and no end in sight...update: it is now Oct 20, 2016 and the app still does not work on my tablet. Now it has been almost 4 months and still no fix in site??? Scotiabank will not even tell me whether they are working to fix this problem. They ignore my queries.
I have a Nexus 6p that has a fingerprint sensor that is used by other banks but Scotia has yet to adopt. The "Pay Ready" feature does not work but I can pay by opening the app and selecting the card manually. I've set all the defaults but still cannot get it to work. Android pay worked for one day with the Scotia Bank cards and it worked as promised so I have to think it the Scotia app that's the issue and not my phone. Update 2017 Feb 09. After an app update and removing and reinstalling my card details the "Pay Ready" function now works on my Nexus 6p
