It's a great app. The unfortunate thing is that it doesn't allow me to login using biometrics/fingerprint. I was able to do so with my S7, and when I upgraded to the Note 9 it gave me the option, which I accepted, but it still asks for the password only when opened. Update: It's been 4 months now and no 'experts' have been able to figure out why fingerprint login won't work, but they all agree that it should. Disappointing.

Horrible app! Incredibly slow and 'clunky'. Poor design. No fingerprint logon option. NFC has rarely worked and has now crashed consistently for the last few months with a message to call a toll free number if it persists. No desire to waste my time calling in. App has also crashed 3 times in the last month. Only way to fix was to restart my phone. Brutal!

the app works well, I can do quite a bit without having to go into a branch. one thing I wish they would fix is when doing deposits. the app automatically takes a photo of the cheque and I often need to retake several times because it isn't centered or is blurry. I would like to be able to manually take the picture within the app.
