Doesn't work half the time. Actually it hasn't worked at all for the last three or four days, I can't check my balance or do anything with it whatsoever. I see the 'we are currently experiencing technical difficulties' error message more than I see my information actually. Why do I have this big bulky app that never works on my phone again?
Horrible!! I downloaded the app specifically to easily deposit cheques but after spending half an hour taking and retaking the photo of the cheque only to have it rejected every single time I gave up. The photos were perfect, honestly a legally blind person could easily read the cheques from the photos but they wouldn't submit and came back with an error suggesting how to correct the image. The photos were perfectly centered, bright, clear and on a dark background. The App does not work very well!!!
App InfoAlerts needs to be redesigned or stored within the app. Expectation is for it to work like SMS or Email alerts where you get a copy of the alert and can revisit it. Most of the time, the alert is too small to read as an app notification and by clicking on the alert, it opens the app and removes the notification (with no ability in app to see past alerts) making app InfoAlerts pointless.
Refuses to deposit a cheque. Can't show account numbers. Confirmation numbers are not selectable content so they can't be copied as reference. Can't correctly determine connectivity. This is evident in 'help' where it always says no connection, and may be related to deposit feature being broken. Get your act together and provide a functional ap.
Downloaded the app to manage and monitor my credit card transactions. But it's useless. It takes forever to update. Paid my bill 25 days ago and is still saying I havent paid it. So really you dont get to monitor your spendings. I like the TD app better. This one lack features and no organization. You guys seriously need to update this.
App looks like it was designed by a child. Doesn't even work half of the time. I can't make transfers, it won't allow me to access my account, navigating it is tough. It's 2017 and you're one of the biggest banks in Canada. Utterly disappointed.
We've tuned up our app and fixed some minor bugs.
