Since the update I can no longer use this app. I have the Samsung S8+ it was working great before the update. I called Scotia technical help they kept referring to the phone as a tablet which ticked me off. The only suggestion they had, was to factory reset the phone or wait a week plus for another fix. Doing the rest there is no guarantee that would work.
No fingerprint login yet. All of the sudden the app stopped working. It says they're going to stop supporting this device. It's a galaxy Edge plus. Which devices are you supporting? Gotta be kidding me.
Latest update says "We will soon stop supporting the Scotiabank tablet app on this device. Sorry for the inconvenience." Why????! The mobile website doesn't allow me to deposit cheques using the camera. Is it really so difficult to maintain an app?
Scotiabank need to stop messing with their customers. Update app and now it doesn't support my tablet anymore. How the hell am I suppose to do my mobile banking and mobile check deposit. I will be forced to close my accounts with this stupid bank.
This app was awesome but now doesn't support my tablet. :( Its so sad to see all of the negative reviews and Scotia Bank has nothing to say.
