Tap to pay great, but inconsistent I've used this app for years for paying bills. And it's been fine. The ability of tap to pay with my Samsung Note 4's NFC chip is fantastic. I love not having to pull out my wallet. BUT.. its 50-50 if it works. I don't know if it's the updates, but it doesn't always work sadly.
Needs "tap to pay" that isn't contingent on an NFC SIM The app needs to be updated so that tap-to-pay can be used and not requiring an NFC SIM. My provider stopped selling the NFC SIM card, and now I cannot use my cards with my new device. Competitors like TD have been able to adjust.
Garbage app. Laggy app. Loading screens are too long. Sometimes I can't log in and it claims I've put in the wrong card number even though it's always the same because I checked "remember my card" Scotia needs a far better dev team to completeley overhaul this crap
Atrocious App Laggy all the time. Always says "information not available at this time" on my credit card statement or any loans such as mortgage and car. Maybe spend some money on a better app. Also my credit card purchases don't show up for 1-3 days. Absolutely garbage app.
Mobile Wallet = No Galaxy S7 Support!!!! Where is the love? No mobile wallet! No biometrics access! We have all these updates for fixes and improvements but still no wallet !! Get with the times Scotia or its time you lose some customers over such a small thing others can provide but you cannot.
Horrible Security "Update" Who designed this? For entering your birth date, you can only use the calendar, there is no option to type! Am I expected to tap back 418 months to my birth date? But I can't use my mobile banking if I don't? The atrocious ux just cost me one of my most used apps. Please fix.
