Great for designing on the move! Tried a couple of DB designers, this was perfect. Didn't need to look any further. One question though: Can you add more database types like Progress? Maybe a promt to share database layout for less technical input? (People who does not understand the code). Keep up the good work.
5 stars for $2 In terms of what you get for $2 (pro version/upgrade), this is easily 5 stars. Now having said that, this app has some shortcomings. For example, why can't I define a composite PK for my table? Also, it'd be so nice if the options for the PK of a table was not just a string value that was used for all table PK fields. How about something like (table_name)_id? The generated code is nice and will save *some* time, but it is very basic - you'll definitely have to make modifications. Overall, support the devs and pay the $2. It's easily worth it.
Would give 5 starts but... Could we have DML query generator for complex queries? The generated code is basic and the pro features are limited... BUT EVERYTHING WORKS AS ADVERTISED.
Not Bad. Good attempt but would never work for professional designs. Things like composite keys, indexes, views etc not present
How does the "size" parameter work in relation to all available data types when creating a table field? Also is there a documentation/manual somewhere? As for the rating at first glance seems to suffice for simple DBs and probably works fine for creating first drafts of more complex models.
Good Please add import of database template.Ive so many old program(vb6) using ms access as database. Planning to upgrade or make it accessible to many.thanks.
