Ferguson’s of Airdrie is a fourth generation family run business, owned by brothers Graeme and Richard Johnston. The butchers business has been established for over 150 years and is proud to have strong links with local farmers, to ensure freshness and traceability from the farm gate to your plate.
We strive to ensure superior freshness with an award winning product range; such as our home made Champion Sausages and Gold Medal Award winning Dry Cured Bacon, Pies and Pastries.
In today’s health conscious climate we are also pleased to have a reduced fat and extra lean range. Our meat is matured and traditionally hung to increase tenderness and ensure optimum flavour.
Our in-house bakery produces daily, freshly baked, own recipe, steak pies, savoury pies and pastries.
All of our speciality products are made on-site, from our locally sourced stock, by our large team of highly experienced, skilled staff which helps make the atmosphere in our shops welcoming and friendly. Our products are cut, manufactured and baked throughout the day as determined by demand to ensure a superior freshness.
We stock a large range of unique products with home-cured bacon, sausages and award winning pies and pastries on offer. These, coupled with our ethos on value, we produce high quality products that offer little or no waste and ease of use ensure that our customer base is kept extremely happy and receive exceptional value for money.
