Outside of working here, the app is difficult to navigate, and I constantly have to help members reset their passwords because it will reject them despite typing the password right. Worse, they can't reset on their own. It gives the option to reset through email, but the email is rarely sent and is usually expired by the time it is received. This issue extends to the website. We also can't change the password properly through a mobile device. They HAVE to use a pc, and some don't have access.

Best credit union or bank i ever dealt with, for being a smaller banking business, they always go out of there way to ensure customer satisfaction. In these times and the state of our economy its nice to see a bank who put customers before profit.
