The content is good. I am into Day 4. However, the videos tend to "hang" occasionally. For the Guides section, it will be great to sort according to the Days. This is just a suggestion. Finally, please remove the "Pause" button while the video is playing. It is blocking the content. Or you can put the "Pause" button somewhere else. Fix the hanging issues and the "Pause" button. Then I will rate it 5 stars if there are no other issues!
A must have app for just about everybody in today's society given all of this constant looking down at these gadgets and day-to-day distractions. As a massage therapist I totally see the need for ALL of us to start considering and paying more attention to postural work and postural correction and here we have this knowledgeable woman demonstrating how to take real action steps in order to address it. Glad I stumbled across this on YouTube recently THANK YOU Michelle GREAT job!
Michelle Joyce is a good motivator; she has a pleasant demeanor; the exercises are doable. I'm only on my 6th day but I think I already feel improvements. The exercises are just about right, not too pushy, not too tiring. Overall, she is such a real coach.
