I've been using ScreenConnect for 8+ years. I loved it. The latest version just stopped working with a "null" connection error after their Mar 2023 update. It's been over a month now without a single word of acknowledgement from ConnectWise, but dozens of reports like this one. Since ConnectWise doesn't provide support mechanisms to their customers anymore, you can safely assume this is now end of life.

I've been using Connectwise Control since it was Screenconnect long before connectwise bought them. Connectwise Control is hands down the best remote app for Break/Fix and MSP/MSSP businesses. The app has a few quirks that need to be addressed though. For one, a lingering issue going on 2-3 years now: attempting to backspace to correct typing mistakes does not immediately recognize, so you have to hold down backspace until it works. Please fix it.. 3 years still waiting!

Gets the job done but not allowing full screen or auto scaling and just doing zoom and sliding makes this not as good as almost all the competition that has this option on mobile.
