More disappointing than the print issue. The News Sentinal used to be a great company to do business with. Not anymore! Not since they have sold out to Gannett and we now speak to a foreigner at customer service. I almost canceled instead of renewing because it took so long and had to repeat my address and credit card number so many times I thought I was being scammed. Especially when she refused to email me a confirmation that my bill was paid. Terrible way to run a business!!!!

UPDATE 1-28-2021. In addition to having to sign in at least once a day, I am now unable to do so when directed to the sign-in page. I am receiving various error messages and cannot sign in and read the articles I'm paying for through my N-S subscription. PREVIOUS: For the last few weeks the app makes me to have to sign in every day because it does not keep me signed in. It simply isn't worth the trouble. If the app isn't fixed ASAP I will cancel my paid subscription and delete the app.

This app is not just hard to use, it's terribly frustrating! You get stuck on a screen and there is no way to go back to where you were! Closing the screen and opening it again purs you where you do not want to go in the first place! I HATE IT!
