You can tick the checkbox for the auto unsubscribe option, when customer want to unsubscribe, they can just reply with work "UNSUBSCRIBE", so that customer won't get the further messages from you, which will reduce the spam reporting.

You can brush on the image, can add text , colour it, filter the image... possibilities are unlimited.

Overall, the app is good. But I have two issues. 1. It keeps saying, connect Whats Bulk Sender all the time even when the app is on. Gets annoying when I'm working in another app. 2. When you send a campaign, you can't do anything as the sending interrupts every other screen activity. Just imagine you have 1,000 contacts in your campaign. I'd have to wait for more than half an hour for the messages to be delivered. It should send in the background to allow users to work on other things.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I downloaded the app long ago it's not working properly I complained to customer service but no response. Right now, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to know whether the one I was using is outdated. But after I have reinstalled the app it stopped working entirely, it can't extract numbers again, not to talk about sending messages. But the painful things here is that their customers service are not working at all.

Useless but paying for it to be useless, this app gets blocked as soon as you start sending. It's absolutely useless if you're doing new marketing. Dont waste your money. I bought the desktop app to see if it was better and same thing. Blocked and banned within a few seconds. Dont waste your time stay away. The anti ban feature is useless and does nothing. This is not a bulk sender its a family and friends sender. Do not pay if u want to send bulk its useless.
