By following the app's recommendations you can prevent and improve hypertension, dyslipidemia (high cholesterol), type 2 diabetes, obesity, arthritis, asthma/copd and anxiety/depression. If you do not suffer from any of these pathologies, the app's recommendations will also be useful to prevent their appearance and lead a healthier life.
