It works well for what I use it for - the cafeteria and sundry shop at my office.
Placing an order is quick but customer support is ZERO. Removing and item feom order does not work at all. I reported an issue via app about the incorrect order because app did not remove item and charged my card full amount. After reporting issue it has been 3 week i have not heard anything from customer service. I went to store and they mentioned they will sort it out but nothing yet.
Disappointed in customer service. I emailed support and reported a bug through the app, and neither sends me a confirmation email saying they received my inquiry. There should be a separate department for people trying to get a refund as that should take priority. I'm an impatient person and a confirmation email would put my mind at ease to an extent, but if I don't hear from LevelUp in by the end of the week I'm just going to call my bank and claim incompetence for a charge back.
Two times I have had to create and account and it was closed. Then the support email does not respond to my issue! Can't figure out the deal with them!
So far, so good. Use at cafe at work, plus favorite pizza and sandwich shops. Never had a problem with charges so nothing to complain about. Keeping eye out for more places to use
Unable to set time for order pickup when ordering ahead (automatically set for "Now"). Also, removing incorrect or prior set orders is a big pain in the you know what.

- Button to suggest new businesses you'd like to see on our network
- Invite friends or review your order after placing it
- Improve GPS handling to get more accurate lists of merchants
Book your food on any mess/restaurant around the city at least possible price
