Update 07/2026: Still takes time to login. They just updated the interface: kept a simple and clean look. Search fea works well for transactions. Disappointing you still can't add external banks to transfer money out - I have to pull from my other bank. And there's no Zelle still :-/ Old review from 2021. Works 50% of the time. The 50% of time that it does work, it takes almost a full minute to load after my fingerprint registers. Faster to just use a browser login. :-/

The app is bad, not user-friendly, and very badly made. Debit card has no tap, and I've gone to 2 places where there is only tap, so I couldn't use my card. Everytime there's been a 3rd party checking my account to verify is mine it has so many issues and doesn't go through. It says they send a notification to the bank and when I log in to the app, there is no message for me to approve to verify. Limited business hours. Just honestly, an overall bad experience with this bank, not only the app.

This app used to work great, but as of April 2026 is is broken. You cannot view any details, clicking on an account to view has stopped working. Clicking it will just highlight it yellow and do nothing. There's really no point to a banking app that can't show you your banking information. I hope they fix it soon. EDIT: Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to fix the issue for about an hour or less. It is still a critical issue that renders the app nearly unusable.
