Booked 3 times for a lift the following morning and got nothing. I ended up walking to a nearby metro to get to my destination. The drivers took order and then refused to do it. One called me to cancel. One was nice enough to automatically switch me to another driver. The last one never showed up. I saw a in-app message asking me to cancel, and I don't even know who was it from. Maybe the drivers just want to have more counts of taking orders? This is ridiculous and a total waste of time.

This is a horrible worst app i have ever seen. Dont trust them everything!!! They have a promotion to get cash back if you pre paid, but it does not allow you to pay with the pre paid amount you have, it is alway asking to pay with alipay. The customer service can not do amy favor, they continue to ask you to provide the screenshot but nothing they can do. I have over $1,000 credits in the app and no way to use the credit!!!!!

No longer able to bind Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Only binds Unionpay credit cards. The worst part is that if you local taxis accept your request, you cannot pay using credit cards; only Alipay, Wechat and other Chinese payment channels. Should have made this clear in the app beforehand. Even Malaysia's Grab ehailing app is miles better in terms of payment options. Colour scheme, contrasts and graphic interface are awful. Not intuitive enough to be able to discern clickable buttons.
