Finally backed up After 40+ days of not backing up finally got it to backup. I'll see what happens when it's supposed to backup automatically in 7 days.
Very disappointed The device worked the 1st day I purchased it and for a few days after. I just returned from vacation and tried connecting my Mobile device via WiFi and received a message stating unable to connect with seagate service. I called customer support the person said a new update was being released today and if that doesn't rectify my problem to call back. Well checked for and completed the update and the unit still not working. Anyone else experiencing these problems? Please help I don't want to lose anything :(
Installed app, and it will not open. Doesn't even display a crash message. Update: App will open, but only when the phone is not connected to WiFi. Connecting to WiFi immediately causes the app to crash. App will not open when WiFi is connected.
Horrible app No support, difficult to use, no way to change wifi set up, mobile backup does mot work, unable to find photos that are backed up, no way to change destination folder. Poor, poor, poor
Not bad Annoying that after each backup it says not backed up and comes uo with a big red X but it did backup. Maybe a bug needs fixing.
Poor poor poor This company lacks the ability to create anything intiitive, especially backing up a mpbile device. I can see the backup and eant to restore it to my device, however I must read hours worth of user manuals to find where it is hodden. Why does it ask to backup to a removable drive, why not to my bloody laptop, or better yet, how about the personal cloud, there isn't that option,at least not inmediately available. You all need to get with the router manufacturers and set a standard for file transfers
