It works, often Sometimes automatic backup stops, without letting know. I learn this when I manually run the app and then it shows notification You Haven't Backed Up for... Days. Then I click to run it manually and it asks to reenter folder password on the hub. Which I do and it works again for sometime in auto mode.
Doesn't allow you to backup everything I have files in directories on my Android besides in the limited list this app will allow me to get to. The app gives you no control. Won't allow me to get to them. I also have an SD card I'd like to back up. It won't allow me to back that up either.
Not a good app 1. Scheduled backups won't run automatically. 2. Had to figure out on my own to unblock firewall ports in windows 8 for wireless backups to run. 3. Could have gotten more storage for the money if I had know the wireless backup would be so unreliable.
Took a lot to get going After lots of troubleshooting, finally got the backup to work. I have to unplug my computer from the wired internet connection and only have wireless for it to work. Kind of a pain. I thought the drive had the wireless connection but it must not. I guess the extra money was just for the software which I'm not very impressed by, but it could be improved by better instructions and help and more customizability. I'm going to keep it and hope the software improves.
Failing to backup both my Samsung S5 phone and my Samsung Tab S In both cases I get "last back up failed" when I click on "learn more" either make sure that your computer and mobile device are connected to the same wifi network or unable to access Google Drive. Please help solve these problems!!
Why alway cannot backup?? Please rectify the issue for authentication. I keep having problem with this. Need to clear the cache for it. And need to key in my info again to able to use the apps.
