I'm a wizard Harry! 13 years after I didn't get my letter from Hogwarts I was starting to doubt if magic even exists. But then I found out with a click of a few buttons I can magically make food appear at my door. I'm basically a prefect now
Need to review flowchart I ordered dinner from a restaurant and got a confirmation email and text from Seamless that the business got my order and it's being made. I waited over an hour-and-a-half for my meal. I decided to call the restaurant. Turns out that because there was live music that night, they did not "hear" that there was an order coming through. But if they did not hear the call, why did Seamless confirm it was being made? Seems it's an easy step to have the restaurant confirm they got the order before emailing me
A solid choice Despite the technical snafu over the weekend, Seamless has always been reliable and offered tons of options. The recent app update took a little time to get used to, but is fairly intuitive after repeated use.
Mostly okay Annoying when the app doesn't reflect actual menu options. There should be a way to reduce plastic receiving. Nobody wants unnecessary garbage when one specifically asked for it not to be included. Yes, I want to do my part to save the world.
Pay for food, get nothing This app is great at taking your order and your money. It's terrible if you expect food to be delivered. When you call to complain and get a refund, you are hung up on. Not sure who to even call about this. My local police department couldn't do anything.
Great app a few minor bugs Great app, gets the job done. There seems to be done random timeout errors. I would really like to see mobile paypal support.
Give those thumbs a rest. Indefinitely scrolling is a thing of the past, now that we’ve made the popular dishes and past orders front and center.
