The app itself is fine, however I feel like it displays all trains that have a route similar to one I am taking. For example, when I'm leaving from Kepong to KL Sentral, it will also display the times of the train passing by Kepong to go to KL Sentral- these trains have a tendency to be ETS Intercity trains and not KTM Komuter. I understand that many trains are being resceduled due to the upgrading of the Klang Valley Double Track (KVDT) One piece of advice is that if you want your train on time with little to no delays, either go right before peak hours or during peak hours as (from what I've seen) maintenance works are generally carried out during non peak hours
The train time indicated doesn't even match as the actual arrival..eg according to app stated 7.54 pm but there is no train at that time and need to wait till 8.20 pm for the next train..seriously it's not a reliable app. Do upgrade both your train service and also this app which has zero reliability.
Schedule and actual arrival time not in sync If it's not in sync, why would I use it anyway? The purpose of having the schedule on hand is to avoid wasting time waiting in the station. Yet the schedule on the app is inaccurate, making people waste more time in the stations. I mean like come on. The concept is great but if there's no effort in keeping the app useful might as well take it down.
Not Working Tap on departure or arrival destination, but nothing showed up. Tried registering an account but registration failed. Tried clicking on other features, crash right away. I would give 0 star if I could
Pls fix the force close problem Everytime, after i use once, then need to clear data in this app, then only can use again. If not, kick me out, force close, pls fix it, is getting annoying! And can't the time table be more active? Or update?
The purpose of having this app installed is to plan my schedule ahead. Since the apps does not serve my need, it's a waste of time of even downloading the app. The time showed in the apps is out of synchronization with the one showed in the station. Do improve this service pronto!
