Season works by pairing you with one of our registered dietitians to discuss health concerns, set goals, and build a personalized nutrition plan. Then, you’ll explore our curated selection of recipes and affordable pre-made meals. Choose what looks good and have meals and ingredients delivered to your door. To stay on track, you’ll participate in our accredited education program and receive ongoing support from your Season dietitian.

If Season is covered by your health plan, your membership may include:

Had No idea this App was in the stack on my phone. Monthly, I scan 100's of listed Apps on my phone to make sure background data is not possible ~ Set to On by Default for every App. Details are not clear about this App. Are meal ideas charged a fee? Just went to their site ~ it was only for signing up for a dietitian. Where's this food recipe being accessed?

Easy to use, and I love the recipes and pre-made meals!
