Fees Suck! Was 5 Stars...
Easy and convenient Can't complain about any experience with this app.
Im loving it Amazing app
My awful experience @SeatGeek I purchase tickets to a once in a life time event, I have the money taken out of my account (a substantial amount) and a conformation email sent to me. I'm so excited to deliver the message to the recipient that I immediately tell her the news. A couple minutes later, I am told the tickets are gone and I will be refunded AFTER the event takes place this Sunday? Front row tickets that no longer exist, present delivered to recipient (how embarrassing) and my only offer is to repurchase different tic
Decent for finding deals but sketchy interface It lays out prices nicely, but when seats are selected I am fast forwarded to a "pay now" button that could be mistakenly pressed very easily. This ruins the entire user experience for me.
Used to be a good alternative to StubHub I switched from StubHub to SeatGeek for one reason: SeatGeek included all fees in the list price, so I could actually find out how much it costs to go to a game. I just went on SeatGeek and it said tickets were $15 each and then at checkout it said it was $36 for two tickets. Something doesn't add up. Oh well. I'm sure there will be another website that will come around to meet the demand for tickets that actually tell you how much you have to pay.
