App is garbage. I've been a shore points member for years. I've tried signing up for the app several times throughout the years and it always says there's an error and to contact customer service. I fill out the customer service info and get an email that says it doesn't pertain to the department my email is sent to.

It's somewhat easy to use. Fast page load when switching menus. I wish I could've ordered the new chix salad sandwich. The app showed the special on the 1st page that pops up when launching the app. It was not on any of the options, cold and hot sandwiches. A value box for 1 person under the catering menu was in an unexpected location, too. I could call the physical location next time to get the item on special. Just a couple of observations. YOUR SUBS ARE GREAT!

Not a great app. The only way to save a favorite is on the order confirmation. If you miss that opportunity, there's no way save it as a favorite, until your next order. Also, there's no way to use the favorite and add to it when ordering, like an additional sandwich. So you have to enter all from scratch. If I try to order my favorite, and an ingredient isn't available, rather than a chance to substitute, it doesn't tell you what's missing and won't accept the order.
