This version crashes immediately upon opening. If it stays open a few seconds, then it crashes when I touch on any links. I have uninstalled, cleared my phone and reinstalled repeatedly over past year hope to fix but did not fix. Had to uninstall. I have annual pass for 7 years. App previous version worked for map, showtimes, events. My son loves the GPS walk us to locations on the SW map so I am also sad at not having that because it was fun to follow the blue dots around the park.

The app is pretty weak. Mostly it just leads to the web page, which doesn't load 80% of the time. I have a season pass and bought tickets, but the app doesn't allow you to see purchased tickets and you end up just having to screen shot them when they send them through email, it would be nice to have them in the app as well. The menus never load for the restaurants. Overall, it's clunky, slow, and close to useless.

This app is in great need of modernization! It's slow, I can never get the pass member benefits to show up, there is no clear option to see the schedule because after pressing an option on "today's schedule", there is zero way to go back to see the entire schedule. If it worked properly this could be a home run, right now it's one star :(

Thank you for your feedback, Maria. We apologize for your poor experience and are working on improving the pass holder interface. For "Today's Schedule", there's a back button in the upper left and a device back button - both navigate back to the full schedule when viewing a show's details. We hope this helps and gets us closer to a home run!
