I used the free trial of this app for the first time. After the trial ended, I subscribed to the monthly plan of ₹199 only once. Later, I cancelled the subscription from my side. However, even after cancelling the subscription, money is still being deducted from my bank account by this app. This should not happen after a subscription is cancelled. Please check this issue and refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. thank u 🙂

I had a very bad experience with the Sekho app. At the time of login, it asked for 1, which I assumed was just a verification charge. However, without my clear knowledge or proper notification, 149 was deducted from my account three times through the auto-pay option. I was not properly informed about any auto-debit subscription in the terms and conditions. There was no clear consent taken for activating auto-pay. The Seekho app is very different from what they show it in ads. It may look like an useful app where you can learn many skills but almost every video is paid. You can pay ₹1 to unlock 3 day trial but the autopay system IS WORST. They deduct our money even after uninstalling the app. Also, the videos are not even worth ₹1. Moreover, it requires your phone number to sign in which it may share with other third parties. There is no option to log in with google or anything else. Worst experience!
