The only use for this app is to monitor your bills and subsribe to promos. We also wanted to monitor our usage! Globe is very good in charging for every services. At least let us know the current usage for these promos. You gave us 10GB GoWATCH but can't monitor how much of the 10 GB was consumed. The mobile internet alocation usage cannot be monitored either. Such a waste.
There's this persistent bug that prevents me from refreshing my Account Status at the Home Screen. It just won't refresh the values no matter how many times I tap refresh on it. However, I managed to get it working by opening the menu, selecting and the "Featured content", going back to the Home Screen and tapping refresh again - this time, it does work. EDIT: This workaround doesn't work anymore after the update. Hooray for a step backward in usability! XD
Very reliable app so that i can easily track my data usage expense and all in here. But I'm a bit worried with my increasing data usage. Like every hour I'm refreshing the page, there is an increase with my consumption even though my cell data is off. My plan btw is unli call and text only. Increased consumption equals addtl peso. Hmm... Just sharing my experience and will definitely call this to Globe.
It may not update all the time even though I have a good internet conncetion, I would like to recommend some updates. In the total amount due section, I hope that next time, when an amount already shows we can also access the copy of our bill either with a link or through a pdf copy. Its hard to just make payments without knowing the breakdown of what you have been paying for. Besides, a new cycle has already started therefore, account was refreshed for a new cycle and information for he previous cycle was already gone. Also, I hope that the current usage won't be gone even if the mobile data balance goes low.
It would be helpful kung pati remaining data allowance can be viewed. Para at least kaming mga consumer eh makita kung ilan na lang ang pwede naming i-consume. Not just that, kung pwede rin sana i-integrate yung rewards app dito. Para di na palipat-lipat ng app just to redeem the reward
I hate the fact that I cannot check my data usage anymore. I was able to check it with my superplan but after switching to ThePlan, tracking my data usage is no longer possible on this app. Plus it always says no internet connection on the topmost screen even if the app is actually working anyway. It's not really an issue but it's just bothersome seeing that message on top. Please improve this. At least with Smart I can monitor my data consumption even the remaining minutes for calls available.
