Latest update removed the ability to share media by email or text message. Only way I'm able to pull photos from the app is by sending via bluetooth. Not ideal for sharing job results with customers or anyone really. Also, I'm not a fan of the app locking the screen orientation to landscape mode. 80% of the time I'm using the app, I'm using one hand on the phone and the other hand is wearing a glove and manipulating the camera. One handed operation of the app is much more difficult now.

Hi Juan, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for reporting the issues. Please go into settings, "Media Capture Settings" and select "save to gallery". Ridgid Crew! Great App for sending your Video Inspections to your staff or customers while still on site. I've seen so many of my friends in the business or even my competitors (that have the "X" model monitors) that dont take the time to learn how to use this app. I tell them all they that are missing out. For people that are having issues sending the videos. (I use a Samsung Note 8) Click on the videos that you wanna send, create link, then messenger app then person you wanna send it to.

well for a 6 grand tool that I had to order 2 to get one to show up but since day one camera has not worked properly and spent several hours on the phone trying to find out why its not working to a 3rd call to tech support yesterday to him telling me how to take cam head off and there was water inside .then im told have to pay to send back but so far this cam system is far from worth the money so far .so now im mailing a 2 week old cam back that has not worked out of box so not impressed.
