Very poor customer service ,very rude to customers who have purchased ,no solutions to simple problems, always drag matters for the next day and nothing ever happens.

Very bad condition of this device...i just waste my money...location never show...always used to become offline...they don't any solution.. My suggestion is not to buy this device..😡😡..they don't have any solution..

Two days now, I can't log in and it shows internet connection error. I have contacted the supplier and they said that they are updating the server, once they have finished, everything will be back. I don't know if I am the only one who is facing this or there are many as my problem.
