Reap revenge in SEGA’s legendary side-scrolling beat ‘em up, now available on mobile for the very first time. You are Joe Musashi, a ninja out for revenge against the evil criminal organization ‘Neo Zeed’.

Ratings and reviews

Controls are not right on arcade mode. The mouse pad changes settings when you try to just move up and down between choices. Didnt even make it to the game. Thats just aggravating really. Not worth my time. And the ads are ridiculous. I wouldnt mind if they didnt start one RIGHT AS YOURE GAME STARTS and then it freezes the game up and you have to restart it.

I was addicted to this game when I had it on my SEGA Genesis many years ago and as far the graphics and sound, they both match the original verbatim. However the controls are unresponsive to the point of causing my hand to hurt. Very disappointing. I am at work and hopefully when I get home and give my MOGA Pro controller a try it yields better results.

Double jump works fine, the same way it did in the original, all of the reviewers complaining about it are simply uninformed. Hit jump again at the very peak of your jump - not sightly before or sightly after, it has to be right at the peak. This is Shinobi, not Mario, it's going to take a bit of skill and practice. Eventually it'll just click and you'll be able to double jump every time. Have fun on the log jumping waterfall level, this purposely built mechanic keeps the game challenging :)
