What is going on with the touchpad When im playing sonic seems to crouch automatically its too sensitive even when im not crouching and trying to jump over things it crouches and launches forward this needs sorting the touchpad on bottom left would be better as the old megadrive d pad to better the game and the sensitivity
PERFECTION I never experienced the first sonic game but this port is great and get it. I like the addition of playing as tails and knuckles. Let this be your first sonic game. Tip: To unlock knuckles, beat the game with all the chaos emeralds. It has everything, HD graphics, 16:9 image, new characters, and unbelievable performance. Revalutionary !
Over Sensitive controls The game looks greate on my A36's larger screen showing more of the stage your playing. Boss areas are larger leaving things like gaps behind the platforms at the first boss. The bugs have been removed and spindash added along with knuckles and tails to unlock. You can no longer push blocks in marble zone by rolling into them. Controls are workable but on my device feel more slippery like I have less precise control. Special stages feel more tricky to control as well. Also seems to be more enemies
Reasonable Port, Control Issues Decent port, and on offer at 10p cant complain too much. Finding the controls a little bit unresponsive, tried altering the size of them but that made little difference. I like the option to play as Tails or Knuckles. If the controls were better I'd rate this a five, but they're irritating enough to knock it down by two stars for me.
Awesome Miles better than the original, because saving is here, and game over doesn't mean start over. If you beat the game you can go back to a stage select and get all the chaos emeralds if you didn't already. The touch controls are nice, but if you don't like it, Bluetooth keyboards and controllers work with this game. The only reason why I don't like this game is because you can't save to sd card. Sega can you please fix this for sonic 1, 2, and cd, because cd takes up 256 Mb sonic 2 takes up 54 Mb, and sonic 1 takes up 40 Mb.
Brilliant Brilliant game! Just like I remember, still better than the crud they release nowadays. Only problem, runs a bit slow on my Nexus 10... Please have a look. Thanks, and get me Sonic 2 already...
