Awesome classic and how a port should be done. The controls are wonderful, its great using all my gamepads to play. I love how all these great ports to android support that. Playing Sonic 1, Sonic 2, and Sonic CD all with gamepad. Tested on and working great on my Note 3, Note 8 Tablet, Pixel XL, and on Zidoo x10 . Edit: I formatted my phone , i reinstalled the game, clicked on restore purchase, but it takes me to an item not found. 1 star rating until I can restore my purchase, or at least access to a paid version again. Will rate back to 5 when I can play ad free again. Edit2: I found the way to fix restore purchase. Don't click restore purchase, just click on buy ad free, and it says it's restored and does not re-charge for payment.
4 stars because i dont know how to play as tails/knuckles. EDIT: This game, I'm starting to get nostalgia, and also, this game brings back the amazing cheat.... DEBUG MODE!!! #SegaIsTheBest EDIT 2: Changed to 5 stars cause I learned to do Sonic & Tails and play as Tails/Knuckles
I agree the controls are really difficult. I played this game when it first came to the us via the Sega Genesis and those controls were way better. If you truly want to play this game right get one of those joystick accessories, otherwise good luck. It seems to go okay in the levels but beating Robotnic is much, much harder.
Hi there my nephew downloaded this game and he purchased a few things on here without my consent. I'm disappointed because it didn't ask him for permission as thus is a kids game it should have parental permission before buy items on her. I would like a refund of all my money the ks
Installed the game on my chomebook. I was told that it should work fine on it. After installing it, and watching one of the ads...I couldn't continue. Tried relaunching a few times to get it to work...Not worth my time, or money to unlock.
A fantastic port of a platformer that still holds up to modern titles. It's pretty, the music is great, the gameplay is varied and fast, and the overall experience is just pleasant. The touch controls can take a little breaking in but overall they do the job. Unfortunately, there's a blemish in the level design that ruins the rest of what the game has going for it: labyrinth zone stage three. The rest of the game's difficulty is based around reflexes and timing. The difficulty in this level is shooting the controls in the knee and tricking the player into a boss fight with no health. This level plays nothing like the rest of the title and it makes one wonder if the developers actually knew what they were doing or just caught lightning in a bottle.
Eggman's plan to fill the game with bugs has failed and they have all been safely removed.
